Laminova heat exchangers are used as intercoolers in turbo and supercharged petrol and diesel engines. Another application is as oil coolers to control engine and transmission oil temperatures, or for instance the temperature of the power steering system.
Laminova oil coolers are 20 percent more efficient than the competition due to the unique patented core design. The finned exterior on the cooler core creates a larger surface area compared to that of traditional “radiator” style coolers. The heat exchangers offer both maximum heat transfer and low pressure drop, something not before possible.
